CAROLINE  FRENCH TUTORING

Caroline, 33-year-old young woman passionate about Paris and the French language. 
I was born and raised near the beach in Brittany in the west of France. 
I arrived in Paris in 2011 to continue my studies in communication and digital marketing. I have a Master degree in Digital Marketing.

I created CAROLINE FRENCH TUTORING in 2016.

It was after a two years experience in Canada in Toronto that the desire to become a French teacher came. 
Today, I have more than 8 years of experience and expertise in this profession. I am passionate about my work and I love this challenge which is to teach you to become bilingual or at least to progress your French as much as possible.

Since 2016, I have been offering French courses at all levels (from beginner to advanced level) 
I also offer conversation classes and tours through Paris.

Every lesson is specially customized to your strengths and weaknesses, carefully adapted to the way you learn best.

My lessons are designed to teach you to speak French as it is actually spoken by Parisians.

Since Lisa joined my team, we launched a "frenchie magazine" every trimester and we also organise "Un café des langues" each month in Paris.

My name is Lisa Cognard. I am a 28-year-old French girl, born and raised in the countryside of the Loire Valley. 

​

After spending the last year of my Bachelor's degree in Biology as an exchange student in Sweden, I moved to Paris for my Master's degree.

 

I immediately fell in love with this city, its streets, its culture, its way of life. You can never get bored in Paris. 

I did a Masters in Learning Sciences and then worked for two years at a foundation that helps teenagers and young adults develop their oracy skills.

 

I had the chance to join CFT almost two years ago and since then it has been a real pleasure. Working at CFT is a chance to meet amazing people and also to share my love of French culture.

 

I also love that at CFT we like to try new formats like the Café des Langues or the French magazine.

My priority in teaching is to create personalised lessons based on your needs and learning style. Having fun is an effective way to learn, so I always try to adapt my course material to what you like. Learning French is also learning about a new culture, so if you like to talk about current affairs, we can discuss that too. 

In these two years of teaching I have worked with very different profiles, from children to adults, from people on holiday who want to be able to order in a restaurant to professionals looking for a job in French. I also enjoy teaching individuals and small groups.
